Originally built as the Shenandoah Hotel, it was rebranded with a Bourbon Street/French Quarter theme. The property was known for its intimate size, Cajun-themed restaurant, and proximity to the Strip without the high prices. Despite its charm, the small property couldn't compete in the era of mega-resorts. It was demolished in February 2006.
